She's known for her fabulous looks, but after last night's (July 24) episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the focus has shifted to Kim Kardashian's skin.
After a recent visit with her dermatologist, the 30-year-old reality star was diagnosed with psoriasis - not ringworm like her sister Khloe suggested - joining more than seven million others who suffer from the disease.
Although Kim was told to slow down and keep a handle on her stress level, the brunette stunner quickly found something else to worry about - the press, as she explained, "My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect."
Kardashian furthered her point, telling, "When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?"
