The 42-year-old freshly-bald actor got down on one knee and asked for his 29-year-old lady's hand in marriage - to which she resoundingly said "Yes!"
McConaughey shared the joyous news on his WhoSay account, as he wrote, ?just asked camila to marry me, merry Christmas.?
With a precious picture capturing the moment included, the wedding plans come as Matthew and Camila already share two children together, 3-year-old son Levi and 1-year-old daughter Vida.
